StageDeck
These terms are the agreement between you and StageDeck for using the app and this website. Please read them โ using StageDeck means you accept them.
Last updated: 1 July 2026
StageDeck is provided by Luxarte Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Cyprus that develops and publishes StageDeck under the developer name TronOverload. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the StageDeck mobile app and this website (together, "StageDeck"). By downloading, installing or using the app, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use StageDeck. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use StageDeck on devices you own or control, for your own musical and performance purposes, whether personal or professional. We license the app to you; we do not sell it. All rights we do not expressly grant are reserved.
If you download StageDeck from an app store such as Google Play, that store's terms also apply to your download and use, and you must comply with them. The app store is not responsible for the app or these Terms. Where an app store's rules require specific terms in your favour, those rules prevail over anything inconsistent here.
StageDeck is a tool you fill with your own material โ backing tracks, audio files, lyrics, chords, setlists, gig details and notes ("Your Content"). You keep all ownership of Your Content. Because it is stored on your device, we do not access, host, control or moderate it.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to use it. StageDeck does not supply, host, license or clear any music, recordings, lyrics or other copyrighted material. You are responsible for ensuring you hold any licences and permissions needed to store, display, perform or otherwise use the material you load into the app โ including, where they apply, recording, mechanical, synchronisation and public-performance rights, and any obligations to performing-rights or collecting societies. We are not responsible for how you use third-party material, and you agree not to use StageDeck to infringe anyone's rights.
When using StageDeck, you agree not to:
The StageDeck name, logo, the app software, and the design and content of this website are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers those rights to you beyond the limited licence to use the app described above.
If you take part in a beta, preview or other pre-release version of StageDeck, you understand that it is still in testing: it may contain bugs, may change or be withdrawn, and may not be reliable, so you should keep your own backups and not depend on it for a critical show without a fallback. Any feedback you send us is given voluntarily, and you agree we may use it to develop and improve StageDeck without any obligation or payment to you. Please do not publicly share pre-release features that are not yet released, where we have asked you to keep them confidential.
Some StageDeck features may be offered as a paid upgrade, whether as a one-time purchase or a subscription. Prices are shown before you buy. Payments are handled by the relevant app store or payment provider under their terms, and any refunds are subject to that provider's policy and your non-excludable rights under applicable law. If you buy a subscription, it renews until you cancel it through the store or provider you bought it from. Where a one-time purchase includes a period of updates, the app continues to work after that period even if you choose not to renew updates.
StageDeck may rely on third-party services โ for example an app store, a payment provider, or a content-delivery network that supplies the PDF-reading component used when you import a PDF. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. See our Privacy Policy for how these interact with your data.
We work to keep StageDeck available and reliable, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or uninterrupted. We may update, add, change or remove features, and may release updates that you need to install to keep using the app. We may also discontinue the app or parts of it; where reasonable, we will give notice.
StageDeck is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or fit for a particular purpose, or that data will never be lost. You are responsible for keeping backups of anything important. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, loss of profit, or loss arising from a missed or disrupted performance, connected with your use of or inability to use StageDeck. Our total liability to you for any claim connected with StageDeck is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or, if you paid nothing, is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under your non-excludable consumer rights.
You may stop using StageDeck at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these Terms. On termination, the licence granted to you ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as content responsibility, intellectual property, disclaimers and liability) continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus will have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above, and significant changes will be highlighted in the app or on this website. Continuing to use StageDeck after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
